(3) Authorized item removal and disposal. The Company assumes zero liability for the disposal, removal, or destruction of any items explicitly authorized by the client during the cleanup process. Client authorization constitutes full and irrevocable consent.
All service rendered through this portal is delivered on an as-is, where-is basis. No warranty — express or implied — attaches to service outcomes or property condition post-cleanup.
The Company operates in formal adherence to regulations established and enforced by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC). Biohazard waste handling, transport, and disposal procedures follow EEC-mandated protocols applicable to remediation contractors operating within the Commonwealth.
Data collected through this portal serves operational and compliance purposes only: scheduling and crew dispatch, property condition documentation, regulatory recordkeeping under Kentucky EEC requirements, and internal quality review. The Company does not use client data for marketing profiling and does not share it with advertising networks or third parties except where Kentucky or federal law requires.
